Accuracy matters more than speed.

Cameras are precision machines with mechanical, electronic, and optical systems working together. Careful inspection gives you real answers instead of convenient guesses.

Mike working at a camera repair bench in the 1960s

One technician. Every repair.

Camera Tech is a one-technician shop. If you bring a camera in, the person who looks at it is the person who works on it.

Mike began learning camera mechanics as a young technician in Germany, moved to Southern California in the 1970s, and opened Camera Tech of Anaheim in 1978. In 2025, after 47 years in Anaheim, the shop moved to Orange with the same workbench approach: direct answers, careful service, and no handoff.

  • In-house repairs by Mike
  • Serving photographers since 1978
  • Digital cameras, film cameras, and lenses
